Villa Berlenga - 3 bedroom townhouse with shared pool next to the beach

This spacious, bright and sunny townhouse has lovely views over the sand dunes to the beach and the ocean. There is a large heated swimming pool just next to the townhouse, making it the perfect location for a family holiday at Praia d’el Rey.

A large terrace wraps around the front and the side of Villa Berlenga giving stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Equipped with 6 sunloungers, a large parasol and outside dining for 6, the townhouse is perfect for enjoying the ocean views and relaxing in the sun. The beach is a short stroll on the boardwalk through the sand dunes.

Inside, the property is furnished in a comfortable but contemporary style with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor and have French doors with Juliette balconies to make the most of the stunning views and the silver coast sunshine. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom also on the first floor. The ground floor has as WC.

The living and dining room is very bright, with a large sofa and two comfortable chairs, TV, woodburner, and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

The Beach Village is situated on the very end of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are very close. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
