The standout feature of this apartment is the roof top terrace. It has fantastic views, is spacious and has comfortable furniture. The lower floor terrace has a dining table and is also a great feature. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Only one has AC, so we had to leave the door open on the second to ensure the air from the lounge circulated. The kitchen is well equipped and catered for us to be able to prepare meals. The bathroom is a slight negative to the property, with the shower either broken, or incorrectly installed, meaning it has to be held by hand. Additionally the lights on both terraces were broken, so could not be used at night.
The property is in a great location, but should be noted that it is at the top of quite a steep hill, so those with mobility issues, or a buggy/wheelchair would find it quite testing on foot. However, the beach, supermarket and many many bars and restaurants are all very easily reached within 10-20mins. Additionally, it's only 15min drive from Alicante airport, so a very short transfer time each way.
