Old court tower

A fully renovated 18th-century tower in a courtyard. It is located in the small village of Morciano di Leuca, just 100 metres from the castle in the main square, Piazza San Giovanni, and is therefore close to shops selling daily necessities, which are within walking distance and open year-round. The property consists of two bedrooms with a loft, two bathrooms, and a terrace overlooking the greenery with an outdoor hot/cold shower.
The apartment, equipped with every comfort—including heating, air conditioning, mosquito screens, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stove—also comes with various kitchenware and outdoor furniture so you can dine on the terrace. The surroundings are very peaceful.
The property is located just 12 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.Il mare, 3 km from the beaches of Torre Vado (see Lido Venere), and only 8 km from the magnificent Maldives of Salento (special agreements with Lido Tropical and Lido Elite, peaceful spots with Maldives-like seas). To reach the property, we recommend taking the road to Gallipoli via the West Ring road from Lecce. The nearest airport is Brindisi, where you can also rent a car.
