Location: inside Palazzo Belvedere, a historic home in the historic center of the small and noble town of Surano, in the heart of Salento.

'Melograno' apartment on the first floor, dated at the end of the 19th century, early 1900s, consisting of two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, living room with fireplace and kitchen.

Palazzo Belvedere is a historic residence and is located in the heart of the ancient village of Surano, south of Lecce. It dates back to 1700, overlooking the ancient Piazza Municipio, together with the town hall and the noble palace of the Galati marquises.

Completely restored respecting the architectural details of the time, the house is divided into two floors. The town is about 6 km from the sea of Castro Marina, 18 km from Otranto and 10 km from Santa Cesarea Terme.

The name of the building, as well as for the infinite view it offers, takes its cue from the historical origin of the area in which it is located. In fact, in this area there is a real forest, the Bosco di Belvedere, which extends over a territory between Ruffano, Supersano and the Adriatic. The town of Surano is part of it.

This frame offers the guests of the residence the feeling of living a dimension of the past.

un endroit d'exception

C'est un endroit magnifique pour passer un séjour parfait au coeur du salento. La maison est somptueuse avec une très belle décoration, un espace extérieur très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses. Vous êtes au centre d'un village typique à quelques kilomètres de la mer et des attractions touristiques du salento mais tout en restant à l'écart du tourisme de masse. Il y avait une fête religieuse du village, avec illuminations et animations. Nous étions aux 1eres loges pour participer à ce moment typique. L'accueil de Luigi est formidable. Il nous a fourni plein de renseignements pour visiter les alentours.

Bel endroit dans petit village au calme

Luigi est très attentionné et sympathique avec de bonne suggestions et adresses. La location est très agréable avec ses deux terrasses, avec du cachet et joliment restaurée. Le petit village de Surano est au calme. C'est un bon point de départ pour allez sillonner le Salento qui est un.coin formidable. Nous avons adoré !!!!
