Villa Flo in Tuscany, near Scarlino and 5 km from the sea, was recently built (2025) and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a beautiful swimming pool and is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden.



From the large private parking area, guests enter the electric gate to the terraces surrounding the villa.



The entrance leads directly into the large living, dining room, and kitchen, an open space of almost 45 square meters. This is also where the double sofa bed is located.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, a large induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils.



In the sleeping area of ​​the villa, there are two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower.

One of the bedrooms opens onto the terrace facing the pool.



The villa is surrounded by a 500-square-meter, fully fenced garden, terraces, and a poolside porch equipped with a table and chairs for dining outside and enjoying your open air vacation.

You'll also find a barbecue, umbrellas, and loungers around the pool.



The villa has air conditioning, heating, WiFi, satellite TV, and all the comforts for a relaxing vacation.
