The compact kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including cooking utensils and cutlery, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a cosy dinner in the dining area, making it a delightful spot to start or end your day.

The apartment features two bathrooms, each offering a refreshing shower experience, complete with towels and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including both bathrooms. Please note, the building does not have an elevator.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
