The property is divided between the main villa arranged over three levels and a separate annex located just a few meters away, ideal for guests who desire additional privacy and independence.



The location allows easy access to some of the Amalfi Coast’s most beloved destinations. Praiano is 2 km away, Positano 4 km, Amalfi 6 km and Ravello 14 km, while Sorrento is 20 km and Salerno 32 km. Just 500 meters away lies Marina di Praia, a charming seaside village with characteristic restaurants and bars, also reachable on foot.
