Small family house completely renovated and brought up to standard in 2014. Classified Furnished tourist accommodation 3 stars.
Located 300 meters from downtown and the port of La Tremblade in a small quiet street. All shops nearby. 100 m away you will find a small neighborhood grocery store open all year round.
On the ground floor is the garage, and the storeroom. The Garage is tiled and insulated. It has a small workshop corner with workbench for DIY enthusiasts. In the adjoining cellar is the washing machine, dryer, freezer, water softener and a toilet. A very practical back kitchen for lunch outside on the terrace also finds its place.
You access the first floor by a large external staircase or by an internal spiral staircase located in the cellar (protection for children at the top of this staircase). Upstairs the living room has a new and fully equipped American kitchen. A sofa, a TV cabinet, table and chairs
A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit with a sink and a toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a large 160/200 bed with comfortable mattress. A sleeping area separated from the main room by a curtain receives 2 pull-out beds that can sleep 2 adults or 2 children. Electric floor heating upstairs and convectors on the ground floor.
A 107 cm flat screen TV. A box for high speed internet connection. A radio.
Appliances are also complete
A small courtyard and interior terrace, very sunny and well fenced, not overlooked, ensures tranquility and privacy.
The upstairs living area is 40 m²
On the ground floor, the cellar is 15 m², the garage 24 m²
The 15 m² terrace and the 30 m² interior courtyard.
Non-smoking accommodation.
We love animals very much; Alas, they made us live some unfortunate experiences and we decided with regret to no longer accept them.

STAY TAX INFO. French law requires online rental websites to collect tourist tax from tenants. The price of this for my accommodation is € 1.20 per person over 18 (Exempt - under 18) and per night. So be careful that Abritel does not ask you more !!!!
