About this property

New and modern house in a quiet area

New 90m² house, located near the center of La Tremblade, the beaches of Ronce les Bains and the wild coast. 20 minutes from Royan and 45 minutes from La Rochelle.
This house is located in a quiet area even in summer, ideal for family vacations. Two parking spaces in front of the house are available to travelers.

It consists of a living room with fitted kitchen. 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with single beds. Bathroom / WC. Enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue.

This house is available for rental all year round.

HOUSEHOLD SERVICE

For any stay of two nights or less, the household remains the responsibility of the traveler if he wishes to do it himself, taking care to respect the perfect state of cleanliness of the accommodation. However, this service can be carried out by professionals for an additional amount of 30 euros.

For any stay of more than two nights, a cleaning service of 30 euros will be automatically added to the requested rate.
This Cleaning / Disinfection service is carried out by professionals between each rental in order to guarantee perfect cleanliness, however usual maintenance (such as rinsing sink sink shower) is requested from travelers so that it is not for the company "a scrubbing "of the rental;)
