🏙️ The Neighborhood

Grand Venetian is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina.



📝 Other things to note

- Renters must be at least 28 years old.

- No outside visitors are allowed.

- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.

- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

- Hanging towels or clothes on the balconies is strictly forbidden.

- Sitting on the furniture or beds while wearing wet clothing is also prohibited.

- Wildlife awareness: keep a safe distance from wildlife and avoid swimming near river mouths.
