Sleeping eight people in three bedrooms this spacious reverse level cottage is ideal for larger families and groups. Adjacent to a suntrap courtyard set within a 5 acre location in a picture postcard North Devon village a short drive from great beaches.. Ground Floor:

Electric car charging point. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £150.. Number One offers deceptively spacious and beautifully decorated accommodation with three bedrooms and two en-suites. The excellent facilities on site the 5 acres of grounds such as a play area, hidden fort and some sensory equipment for the little ones and situated on the top grassy area beyond the woodland there is goal equipment. There is also a free all-weather court for you to hit a few balls on.

The cottages are gathered around a central courtyard where there are barbecues and tables with bench seats for alfresco entertaining. With colourful LED lighting inside and sockets for speakers the cabin makes an ideal romantic hideaway or alternative party venue. And if you like pizza then there’s a regular weekly mobile pizza night brought to the courtyard by a local pizza expert.

The town centre is just over a mile away and the location is perfect for exploring North Devon and all its attractions such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ’Dark Sky Reserve’, the many rugged coastal towns and quaint villages such as Lynton and Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and the world-famous Clovelly Village with their awe-inspiring scenery and there are plenty of family-oriented places to visit including Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep farm-themed park and many others.

If stunning beaches are your thing, then North Devon will leave you spoilt for choice with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! Beaches - all within easy reach by car. The fantastic South West Coastal Path runs through the region’s rugged coastline and is perfect for walkers and view seekers offering 90 miles of stunning walks. And the popular Tarka Trail can be accessed from the town centre providing the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line on foot or by bicycle allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and river scenery.
