Casa Theresia

This ground floor apartment has a large open-plan lounge diner fitted, some English TV and wifi. French doors lead you from the lounge onto the beautiful private terrace with fabulous views across the beaches of Mojacar.

The large terrace is a great sun-trap and has ample space for dining alfresco. There is a well-fitted separate kitchen with all the appliances from home fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle etc.

The complex also has a large tranquil communal pool. This apartment is in a great location, for Garrucha or Mojacar Playa and is just a short walk from golden sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants.

It is ideally situated for those who want the convenience of amenities and the beach close at hand but also want peace and relaxation… and obviously, ideal for the keen Golfer.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is a twin room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath shower.
