Designed for families or small groups seeking privacy and comfort, Villa Elythia spans 84 square metres and blends contemporary elegance with natural materials. The interior features two beautifully appointed double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a stylish open-plan living area with a sofa bed, allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, electric kettle and dining area, ideal for relaxed meals at home, while large openings flood the space with natural light and frame the sea beyond.



Outside, the villa’s private infinity pool appears to merge seamlessly with the horizon, offering uninterrupted sea and pool views. The surrounding terrace is perfect for sunbathing, quiet moments of reflection or intimate evenings under the stars. Modern comforts such as air conditioning, soundproofing, heating, a flat-screen television, safety deposit box and private entrance ensure a peaceful and effortless stay throughout the year.



There are no permanent on-site staff within the villa, ensuring complete privacy, although guest support and services are available on request through the complex. No additional mandatory service charges are applied during the stay. A refundable damage deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, with full details confirmed at the time of booking, and this will be returned after departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Villa Elythia is a non-smoking property, offering a serene retreat where refined luxury meets authentic island living.
