Glenisla is a stunning split-level holiday home set within a peaceful development in Aviemore. The house can comfortably sleep 8 guests with extra sleeping space available on a sofa bed for children, allowing bookings of up to 10 guests.
The property offers a wonderful balance of cosy indoor living and luxurious outdoor amenities. With a hot tub, barrel sauna and cold outdoor shower, it forms the perfect place for relaxing together after a busy day exploring.

The space
Glenisla is a beautiful modern detached house in a prestigious area of Aviemore. It sits in the elevated High Burnside development with vast woodland on the door step. The location is perfect both for a relaxing Highland retreat and for exploring the town of Aviemore and the Cairngorms National Park. The house is ideal for families looking to spend some quality down time together or immersing in the vast range of activities the area has to offer. Glenisla is strictly unavailable for stag/hen parties or large gatherings due to the peaceful nature of the development.

The multi-level house benefits from a cozy upstairs living room complete with wood burning stove and beautiful views. The adjoining open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining and patio doors open directly out to the sunny back garden. On this level you’ll also find find a toilet and additional TV room, ideal for some quiet time or a hangout for the kids. There is also a sofa bed in this room for any additional younger guests (on request).

On the upper levels you’ll find the comfortable and bright master bedroom with Kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms offer one double bed and another two single beds. The lowest level contains a double bedroom and cloak room to store everyone’s outdoor gear after a day exploring.

Outside offers the prime space for relaxation with the private hot tub and Finnish barrel sauna. An outdoor shower is also available for those seeking the ultimate sauna experience (May-Sept). Afterwards, continue to unwind and listen to the birdsong on the outdoor decking area complete with garden furniture. A disposable BBQ is provided in the summer months for you to enjoy some al fresco dining with the family.

The Aviemore Orbitol path, just down the hill from the house, offers a peaceful 25 minute woodland walk into the centre of Aviemore and the extensive woodland to the rear of the house boasts great walking and mountain bike trails. For the younger guests, a children’s playpark is within a 5 minute walk away.

Guest access
The house has two driveways with parking suitable for up to four cars. A 7kW EV charge station is available for guest use (at an additional charge).

Other things to note
The house is on multiple levels and a stair gate is provided for your use at the location which suits your needs. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we ask that you bring your own bedding and do not allow dogs on the beds or furniture.

For your stay the following amenities are included: cleaning, cot (on request), high chair, stair gate, bed linen, towels, hot tub towels and robes, hair dryers, WIFI, heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, welcome hamper, central heating, EV charging (additional fee), board games, books, jigsaws.
