About the property
This modern two-bedroom apartment is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to create a calm and elegant atmosphere above the city. Located on the 7th floor of a contemporary building with elevator access, the 90 m² space offers a comfortable and stylish stay in one of Prague’s most vibrant neighborhoods. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. In the living area, a sofa bed (140 × 180 cm) provides sleeping space for two additional guests. A baby crib can be prepared upon request.
Large windows fill the interior with natural light, while sun blinds ensure privacy and comfort whenever needed. The living space is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, where guests will find a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all essential cookware. The apartment also includes Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, available throughout the space.
The bathroom features a modern shower, and the toilet is located separately for additional convenience. Fresh towels, body shampoo, and a hair dryer are provided. There is also a walk-in closet with a washing machine and dryer, which is especially useful for longer stays.
A pleasant private terrace with seating is one of the highlights of the property, offering a lovely place for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Guests also benefit from keyless self-check-in (internet connection required) and FREE private garage parking, a valuable advantage in this part of Prague.
Neighborhood
The apartment is located at U Mlýnského kanálu 2, in the popular Karlín district (Prague 8). Karlín is known for its excellent dining scene, home to some of the city’s best cafés, bakeries, and restaurants, as well as trendy wine bars and local bistros. The area blends modern architecture with charming streets and green spaces, including nearby parks and riverside paths along the Vltava. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, the historic city center can be reached within minutes by metro or tram, while everything you need is just steps away.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Provided during your stay:
- Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding.
- Hair & body shampoo and hand soap.
- Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel.
- Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls).
- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment.
Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
Check-in time is from 16.00. Early check-in is always a subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.
The apartment has a self-check-in procedure (keyless access). All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could be also requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows:
- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR,
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR,
- 00:00 - 00:01: 50 EUR.
If you request a personal check-in please inform us as soon as possible (latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly. The fee is paid in cash during the check-in.
Please follow our house rules, take a good care of our apartment and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

House rules:
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 300 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure (keyless access). All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. 8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
