This is a lovely family-friendly home, a very short walking distance to Harker Center's playground, tennis court, basketball courts, children's splash fountain & Elkhorn Golf Course. There are new Covid restrictions for times and amount of people visiting the pool and tennis courts. The pool and hottub at Harker Center are closed for the summer due to a remodel, but you have access to The Village pool that is part of all Elkhorn amenities, and you have a private hot-tub on your lower level deck.

This is a great set-up for families, couples, or multiple families.

There is an owner's suite/main bedroom on the top second floor, with a queen bed with a private en suite bathroom.
The second guest bedroom on this floor has a queen bed & guest bathroom.

The Main floor separates the bedrooms with the kitchen, living area, lovely deck with Bald Mountain views & comfortable outdoor dining & seating.

The third downstairs bedroom off of the lower TV/living room area offers twin-sized bunk beds for the kids, and a queen Bed.

The living room downstairs also has a built-in twin bunk-bed for guests a deck & your private hot-tub.

The main floor living room offers a cozy fireplace & TV.

The fully equipped kitchen on the main floor has dining room for eight, TV, fireplace and bar seating for four.
