Situated in the centre of Quillan this comfortable house is just a walk away from shops, restaurants, cafe's and the twice weekly market. Perfectly placed for exploring the historic Cathar Region you are also a drive away from Perpignan, Limoux, Carcassonne, ski slopes, Andorra and the Mediterranean coast. Quillan itself is a lively and friendly town with lots going on, beautiful views and a local swimming lake with activities for the children and a restaurant.
The front door opens onto a spacious hallway off of which you will find two double bedrooms and a spacious family shower room.
Upstairs is the well equipped kitchen open to the living/dining area as well as a terrace, single bedroom and utility room with toilet and sink.
