Winter fairy tail in the mountains
Welcome to your former Auberge in the heart of southern France our Ostal del Solelh (house of light). In wintertime the magic of the snow is nearby (skipistes in just an hour drive) . A walk in the mountains is liturgy on your doorstep. The nice villages with their weekmarkets where you can enjoy a hot chocolate facing the sun. You’ll find lots of castles and cathedrals fairly illuminated and Christmas lights blink in every little village.

Our cosy gite is heated by a heatpump and has sleeps for 4/5 guests:

We (that’s Sicco & Marina) have recently moved to France wit both our dog and cat and we love to share our impressions of this beautiful authentic place with our guest.
Why they chose this property
We love the sun, the ‘Catalan meets free spirit’ vibes in the town of Quillan and the friendly people in Laval. At the feed of the Pyrenees nature seams as authentic as our building is: originally a auberge where guest stayed over for a simple drink or a sleep. The quietness and inspiration is something worth sharing.
