One of the great attractions of the apartment is its private balcony with impressive sea views, from where you can relax whilst enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. Furthermore, from all the rooms you can see the sea, which provides a unique sense of spaciousness and brightness.

It also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi connection, television, heating with electric radiators and three fans for greater comfort throughout the year.
The apartment is in an unbeatable location, just 5 metres from the sandy beach of Can Picafort and surrounded by all services: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transport within a few steps. Furthermore, it is close to places of interest such as the S'Albufera Natural Park, the pristine beach of Son Serra de Marina, the Alcúdia Hydropark or the Alcanada golf course.
