We welcome you in this 96 m2 gite for 6 people with 3 bedrooms: 1 large bedroom (160 cm bed and dressing room) with a private terrace where couples can enjoy meals together. There is a bedroom with 2 individual beds, a night table and a wardrobe plus a room with 1 140 cm bed for 2 people, night table and wardrobe.
A bathroom with double washbasin, a large walk-in shower and storage space, a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, storage space and a washing line for you to use. The living room has a kitchen area (oven, microwave oven, electric hobs, extractor fan, sink, fridge with freezer, several drawers), the dining room (one oval table with 6 chairs), and the living room has 2 sofas for 3, a large TV and a woodburning stove to warm your evenings. You can have meals with your family at the 4x5 terrace and enjoy the sunset. You can get there directly by car, there is a private car park, a 200 m2 garden, and it has a view of the vineyards and the meadows with horses.

Very nice and quiet place

The place is nice and quiet. Owners are very friendly people that did their best to make your stay pleasant. The house was bigger than we expected and very clean. Our children loved to play with the 2 dogs, that was a real success. The area is nice, in Cadillac there are excellent wine producers. Saint Emilion is a nice place to visit. The coast with sand beach is quite far away with busy traffic.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Les propriétaires sont très prévenant sans jamais être envahissant et toujours de bon conseil. Le gite est formidable: tout confort, propre, lumineux...avec vu sur les près, les vignes et les chevaux. Le lieu est très calme et reposant sans être trop éloigné des commerces. Nous le recommandons très vivement et espérons pouvoir y retourner très bientôt.

Calme et tranquillité

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique maison dans les vignes et au milieu des chevaux. Un endroit très calme et a proximité de plein d'activité. Les propriétaires ont été très agréable et au petit soin pour que l'on passe de bonnes vacances. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle et moderne. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Mooie woning, rustig gelegen en veel privacy

Het is een mooie woning met 3 slaapkamers, grote woonkamer en een lekkere douche. We werden zeer gastvrij onthaalt door de eigenaresse. Ze sprak zowel Frans als Engels dus communiceren was geen probleem. Het huis kijkt uit over een weiland en heeft een grote tuin waarin een aantal ligstoelen staan om te kunnen zonnen. Het huis ligt aan een doodlopende weg. De eigenaren wonen zelf op het andere stuk maar De tuinen zijn gescheiden van elkaar.Het centrum van het dorp is goed aan te lopen en duurt ongeveer 20 minuten. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die rust en ruimte zoeken.

Allez-y !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte très joli, bien propre et au grand calme. Il n'y manque rien, la literie est très bien et la terrasse avec vue sur les vignes très pratique et agréable. Idéal pour visiter l'entre deux mers, Bordeaux, les landes de Gascogne et même aller faire un tour à l'océan. Nous avons peu vu les propriétaires, très discrets mais nos relations par mail pour la réservation ont été très conviviales. Un grand merci à leurs parents qui nous ont présenté le gîte et sont venus nous chercher sur la place de Cadillac. Bref, une bonne adresse à garder et à donner aux amis !

Peaceful location

The Gite was spacious and clean. In our party we had 4 adults and 2 young children and we had plenty of room. The seating inside was good and comfortable as were the bedrooms. Frederique was helpful and her English is good. It is a good relaxing place and there are plenty of nice villages to visit. You could walk into Cadillac and if you go in by car there is plenty of free parking near to the centre. It had a small supermarket and all the usual shops you require. A visit to the chateau in Cadallac is recommended. It was very hot whilst we were there and we could have done with more shade on the patio.

Vert paradis

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Frédérique et de sa famille, des hôtes parfaits qui ont su allier à la fois convivialité, réactivité et discrétion durant tout le séjour. Maison très bien aménagée, une cuisine très fournie, une suite parentale isolée des autres chambres : idéal pour une famille soucieuse de passer des vacances tranquilles au vert et au calme. Notre fils de 2 ans et demi a profité du grand jardin et de la piscine gonflable tout le séjour sous la bienveillance des deux chevaux des propriétaires agrémentant une jolie vue à travers champs. Région idéale pour famille avec enfants à bas âges avec de chouettes petits parcs dans les communes aux alentours et à quelques kilomètres de Bordeaux.

Au calme au milieu des vignes avec tout confort

Très beau gîte situé au milieu des vignes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et sont de bons conseils. Possibilité de visiter la très belle ville de Bordeaux qui est à 30 minutes du gîte. Aux alentours des activités pour les enfants et pour les adultes. Le gîte est tout confort et neuf, nous y avons passés un très bon séjour. Merci

Nature lovers, in 2010 we bought this 4 hectare with 4 buildings in the middle of vineyards, we chose it because of its view of the hills and because of its proximity to the town (800 m) where we can find all we need. First of all, we have renovated the gite to come and live in it. The warehouse was completely renovated and transformed into a house; now we rent this gite so that travellers can come and discover this magnificent region.
Horse owners are welcome, and if you enjoy horseback riding the area between the Entre-Deux-Mers is perfect with its slopes marked by vineyards...the garden has no fence, and it is surrounded by forests, clearings and creeks that will provide a pleasant stay for you and your horses.

Why they chose this property

This central location allows you to discover the magnificent city of Bordeaux (30 minutes away); you will also have the chance to sample the best crus of Saint Émilion, town located 38 km away.
The Malagar Castle is 10 km away, it is very well preserved and it is where the writer François Mauriac wrote his most important works.
If you are here with your family you can go on a bike ride on the cycle path all the way to the ocean.

What makes this property unique

This house is in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers and it has a panoramic view of the typical slopes of this region...It is located 1/2 hour away from Bordeaux by car, and from Saint Émilion, the Arcachon Bay is at 1 hour distance, and here you can stay and discover the surrounding area, you can also visit the local producers' wine cellars.
Our home is located a few metres away from the gite, so if you would like to, we can answer your questions and recommend you the places that you should not miss, for instance, the local markets and celebrations carried out by the locals and that are very popular in the region.
