Apart from the attractions of Marbella and Skol itself, great attention has been given to the quality of furnishings and kitchen fittings used in the apartment.

Fibre optic broadband (1gb nominal), with free, unlimited, WiFi and the best in TV programming on high quality Smart TVs means that no client needs to miss favourite sports, "soaps" or contact with home whilst in Marbella and, with two TVs, they can be watched at the same time. USB charging points throughout. Skol 317 is also perfect for “digital nomads”!

Mainroom

Air conditioned / heated. Zoned dimmable LED lighting. Wall-mounted 55" 4K UHD Sony Bravia Smart TV with live channels from France, Germany, Spain, the UK and other countries plus Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, BBC iPlayer, itvX and Youtube*.

The main room opens directly onto the glazed South balcony through sliding doors which are equipped with electric shutters.



South Balcony

Opens from the Lounge to a wonderful 270° view over the Mediterranean with the marina to the West, the Atlas mountains of North Africa to the South and Gibraltar to the East. Complete with sun loungers and a heavy Moroccan-style table with chairs for 4 adults.

Lumon all-round sliding glasses can be used to partially or totally enclose the balcony. The glazing gives an occasional extra room and perhaps a more secure environment for younger children or just a screen on windy days.

Bedroom 2

Air conditioned / heated. LED lighting. Two comfortable bunk beds (190 x 90cm). When 317 is being used by a single couple, the beds are left folded compactly against the wall. The room is then available for work or recreation. Bedroom 2 also opens onto the East Balcony, independently of the Master Bedroom.



East Balcony

Open views over a delightful park towards the old town with the Cordillera Penibetica mountains to the left and the marina and Mediterranean to the right.

Table and two chairs, Ideal for breakfast in the morning sun, Storage cupboard for cleaning materials and tools. Vacuum cleaner. Wheelie shopping basket. Clothes dryer etc..
