Come visit our lovely three bedroom, two bath home with its sizeable screened-in porch. A back porch is ideal for enjoying the famous Florida lifestyle. Due to our home's decor, it could be a romantic "bed and breakfast" type experience, a perfect family destination, or a place for friends and relatives to come together. The very large, fenced yard is perfect for pets, kids and grownups alike. Play outside games or eat at our outside patio table. Florida sunshine abounds! Soak up the daytime rays.

We are located on a quiet, peaceful street. It's only a half hour to various beautiful beaches and a little over an hour to the popular theme parks of Orlando. You'll be able to relax, lounge, and unwind as you wish, with ample opportunity to seek adventure. Palm Bay, itself, offers varied dining experiences, kayaking, championship golf, off-road cycling, and numerous parks with running and nature trails. A particular highlight is The Turkey Creek Sanctuary. Here there are boardwalk paths that allow you to safely become "up close and personal" with Florida wildlife. This is a treat for people of all ages.

Home away from home

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in the area and welcome our new granddaughter to the world. We really appreciated all the little touches that made it possible to host a nice home-cooked dinner for 6, such as cloth napkins and pretty napkin rings, and plenty of stemware. Everything we needed in terms of dish soap, hand soap, paper products, etc. were provided. We especially enjoyed the screened porch and private backyard. We would love to book it again when in the area.

Nice and quiet neighborhood, loved the fenced in backyard and the screened in porch. Very lovely stay. Only thing that bothered me was the AC was so loud and would wake me at night, but so does the slightest sound. Husband and kids weren't bothered by it. Everything was well packed and clean. We are John and Diane Walker. Our son purchased this lovely home and property in 2013. He has since moved onward and upward and has offered his home as a seasonal rental. We have happily agreed to manage all of the rentals for him.

Why they chose this property

This property was chosen for it's seclusion and open feel. There are no homes to the South on Weldon or across the street. This gives the property a woodsy, private appeal. Yet, it is closely located to numerous shops in Palm Bay, the delightful historic downtown Melbourne, the Melbourne mall, the beaches, and plenty of restaurants, when you choose to venture out.
