Built in 1992 and newly renovated and extended in 2025, the house offers modern facilities and a stylish interior that ensures a pleasant atmosphere for up to 16 people.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The pool house extends over a large plot of 5000 square meters, which provides ample space for outdoor activities. On the plot you will find a number of facilities, including a large jumping cushion, where both children and adults can have fun in the warm summer weather. There is also a sandbox and swings for the little ones, as well as a beach volleyball court and football goals for those who want to stay active. For those looking to relax, there is a lovely terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy delicious meals under the open sky.



Inside, the house offers a total of 262 square meters of well-appointed accommodation. It has six bedrooms, including four with double beds and two with bunk beds, which provides flexibility to meet different needs. The house has a total of 16 beds, so there is room for the whole family. The three bathrooms are modernly furnished with a shower and toilet, and there is underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature, even on the cooler days. There is also a guest toilet in the annex connected to the activity room, making it easy for everyone to access without having to wait.



For those who love to spend time indoors, the activity room is equipped with table tennis, darts, pool table and television, perfect for fun times with friends and family. In the living room there is another television, which has Chromecast and German and Danish TV, so you can enjoy your favorite programs. Wireless internet is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected with the outside world if you wish.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so you can easily prepare meals for a large group.
