Terri's Retreat - an apartment that sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom

Welcome to Terri's Retreat - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with young children.

Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!

Purchased by the new owners in March 2026 this is an immaculate property - fully refurbished by the previous owners with new "everything" and outside patio / BBQ - this is a special apartment!

Off the hallway is a family bathroom with large walk in shower and a spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed and lots of storage.

The bedroom features french doors opening onto a patio with garden furniture - only a handful of apartments on The Bay feature this and it is ideal for summer breaks!

In the lounge diner you will find a NEW fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine (see below) and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks as well as an air-fryer.

The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the table.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

The owners (Simon and Sarah) look forward to welcoming you to The Bay and the apartment.

Fantastic holiday apartment

Terri’s retreat is an absolute fabulous find. Immaculately presented with everything you need for a great holiday. There’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of It really was home from home even down to a ninja double airfryer. The apartment has been finished off to a high standard but it’s still very homely. A comfy bed too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit.
