The house is in a quiet, private area and is easy to find using GPS. We loved the deck, view, wildlife, and the hot tub for relaxing after hiking. The host responded very quickly to the questions we sent. Accessibility may be difficult for some as you have to navigate a set of stairs from the parking to get down to the house. We had a great time!
Paul has a beautiful home hidden away, with outstanding views which ever way you look. My now husband and I stayed in Paul’s home the week leading up to the wedding and a few days after. My only downside was the grill was not cleaned and neither were the cooking supplies for the grill so we could not use it. The downstairs bathrooms / bedrooms also had many bugs (also understandable due to being in the mountains)I will definitely be coming back here!!
The whole house and location was absolutely perfect for a getaway from your usual life. The kitchen is loaded with everything you might need. Plenty of space and things to do in the area. We even found sleds under front porch that was perfect for the slope on the back yard. Plenty of deers and wildlife in the area. Over all just a perfect stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
The Rustic Mountain property is everything is speaks to be! The house is immaculately kept, and has everything you need! The hot tub and views are amazing, and Paul was a perfect and communicative host! We can’t wait to go back!
We had an amazing stay at this property. Very easy to get to, very clean and Paul was great to work with. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking and then some. The view is beautiful if you want to relax and take it all in off the deck. We will always look to rent this house next time we are visiting family
We very much enjoyed staying in Bailey and the house was very accommodating. It was remote, but accessible. It was well stocked with just about everything we needed and was a wonderful home-base to attend a wedding weekend. Very much recommend!
Nice cabin in the woods with just the right amount of modern conveniences (especially the deck an hot tub). Close to plenty of services and convenience, but also great wilderness hikes, etc.
This property is awesome! Very clean! Kitchen is well stocked and has anything you would need. Owner responds promptly and very easy to work with. Would book this Baily home again.
Lovely house with amazing views and a great location. This house is a hidden gem! Beautiful inside and out! Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of room to relax, and the view off the back deck is picturesque! The location is fabulous too - a quiet street, plenty of hiking trails nearby, just up the road from a great restaurant (The Smiling Pig), and a quick trip down the highway to the grocery store. The host gave great check-in/check-out instructions and was prompt with answers to any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in the Colorado mountains.
The photos are accurate! The views are wonderful and the home had enough space for our first blended family vacation. 9, 13, 14, and 17 year olds loved the place. Host was super fast to respond to questions.
Kids already asked when we can go back. The extra drive to Rocky mountain National Park is worth it to stay here and be so comfortable. Same with Mt. Evans.
Thanks so much!
We were in town for a wedding. The property was nice and as pictured. Only complaint was the neighbors dogs. They were running loose on the property and chased us to our vehicle a few times. Another strange dog jumped up on the front window barking at us inside. There were 3 different dogs. Other than that the place was nice and we would stay there again
