Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We’re happy to be contacted via phone or through the booking platform before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.

Morning light spills across the mountain peaks, casting golden hues over a landscape that stretches for miles. From the expansive wraparound deck, the crisp alpine air and the scent of pine make every moment feel far removed from the bustle of everyday life. Whether soaking in the private hot tub surrounded by sweeping views or gathering around the fire table as the sun dips below the horizon, this lodge offers a place where relaxation and connection come naturally.

Outdoor Living
Set on 40 private acres, the property provides endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The wraparound deck is designed for both dining and lounging, with comfortable seating that frames panoramic mountain views. A barbecue grill and outdoor dining table make it easy to share meals under the open sky, while the fire pit and fire table invite evenings spent talking and stargazing. For those who enjoy a bit of play, the backyard features a brand-new putting green and corn hole, along with open spaces perfect for gathering. The private hot tub is available year-round, offering a soothing retreat after a day of hiking, fishing, or exploring the nearby trails.

Sleeping Arrangements
This spacious retreat accommodates up to twelve guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a loft. The primary suite features a king bed, cozy reading nook, direct deck access, and a spa-inspired ensuite complete with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a multi-jet shower. Another king bedroom and a queen bedroom provide comfort and space, while the bunk room - with two queen lower bunks and twin uppers - is ideal for families or larger groups. A loft bedroom includes a queen bed along with a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work with mountain views as your backdrop.

Living Spaces
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room frame the surrounding landscape, filling the space with natural light. Gather with friends and family on the reclining sectional for movie nights on the 70-inch Smart TV or enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace after a day outdoors. Downstairs, the entertainment area offers shuffleboard, board games, and a convertible card and poker table, ensuring that evenings indoors are just as memorable as those spent outside.

Kitchen and Dining
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together. A 6-burner dual oven range, granite countertops, and modern appliances provide both functionality and style. The large island with seating for four allows for casual breakfasts, while the dining table creates space for group meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate the French press, grinder, and combination Keurig and drip coffee maker, making it easy to start the morning with a fresh cup.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!

For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.



***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function.

Wi-Fi: Experience high-speed internet with Starlink WiFi during your stay—perfect for streaming, video calls, and remote work. Enjoy reliable connectivity wherever you are, courtesy of advanced satellite technology with Starlink.

Summer: Our mountain home DOES NOT have air conditioning during the summer months. However, the cooler temperatures and low humidity in Colorado make A/C less necessary in this area. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.

Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.

No weddings or events are allowed at this time.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Exterior cameras: For safety and security purposes, we have 3 cameras on the outside of the property. The cameras monitor the front door, the main upstairs deck, and the hot tub area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property
