Situated on a sprawling 40-acre private lot, this custom-built home offers lavish comforts of a 5-star getaway. Whether you're getting away or looking for outdoor adventure, The Bailey Lodge harmoniously blends both.

***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function.

Wi-Fi: Our home is currently using a satellite Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi is good enough for email and web browsing but is not the best for video conferencing and alike. We will be getting faster Wi-Fi shortly but it needs to get installed in the area. In the meantime, we have installed a cell phone reception extender which can be used for all cell phone carriers. This will allow you to use your cell phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot if you need a stronger connection during your stay.

Summer: Our mountain home DOES NOT have air conditioning during the summer months. However, the cooler temperatures and low humidity in Colorado make A/C less necessary in this area. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.

Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Exterior cameras: For safety and security purposes, we have 3 cameras on the outside of the property. One views the front door, the main upstairs deck and the hot tub area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.
***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!

Perfect stay
We attending a wedding in Bailey and this was a perfect house for our family. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. I would definitely want to stay here again.
