We are located just under 40 miles from downtown Denver directly off Hwy 285, so access is easy year round. We're also just 20 miles from any of the comforts you desire of the big city, or famed Red Rocks Amphitheater. Located on a 14 acre property; there is a hot tub, space to relax on a hammock, throw a Frisbee on the open field, or even fish the pond! This house has been completely remodeled to the 9's. You can experience the grand Colorado views from the wraparound deck or from the lavish indoors.
This is a property that was recently remodeled, and was completely redone with the utmost of class. From the Travertine tile to the custom back splash and exotic granite throughout, this home boasts incredible fixtures and details that will give you incredibly plush accommodations, while still being surrounded by the Colorado wilderness.
The master bedroom is located upstairs on the main floor, and shares a 2-sided fireplace with the main living room. The master bathroom has a large walk-in closet, oversized separate bath tub and shower, and also it's own exit to the deck and hot tub.
Also on the main floor is the dining room, kitchen, an additional 1/2 bath with bidet, and main/upstairs living room.
The walk-out basement also has a patio that goes it's length, and there are patio exits at the 2 large bedrooms and living room. This living room has a functioning wood fireplace with a couch, chair, exercise bike, and second desk area.
On the East side of the basement is the largest bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and massage chair. The laundry room and one of the full downstairs bathrooms are also located on this side.
On the West side of the walk-out basement is another bedroom with a queen bed and it's own bathroom just outside the bedroom.
There is another studio unit located on this property as well, but it is not within immediate site from the main house. The 14 acres will be shared among guests/residents of each of the two houses, as well as the owners of the property as we maintain the flora and fauna and enjoy the property. However, you will have privacy in and around the house itself.
For parking, you are welcome to use one of the garage spots. There is also plenty of parking for many more cars outside the garage. If coming in the winter, we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle in case of show/ice.
You will have sole access to the entire house, including the laundry. You will not share anything but the acreage with others, but the yard around the house will also be considered part of your solitude.
There is a pond on this property which has some fish, but the number and species are largely unknown; so if you do fish we ask that you abide by the catch-and-release system.
Also some furnishings might have been changed from the pictures here. It will be largely the same, but we are currently changing out furniture here and there to better accommodate.
