The property was very clean and well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, bedding, towels and pillows. We had an issue with no water but this was addressed in a timely manner. Communication was very quick and clear. The house is smaller than it appears in pictures. The game room and hot tub are nice bonuses.

really loved and would stay again. we rented both houses on the property for a family event with adult children and it was ideal. the houses were both beautifully appointed, well stocked and organized. mark this as a favorite for evergreen

The Cozy Cabin was so perfect! Clean, comfortable and inviting. Very close to a nice road for walking our dogs too, which was definitely a bonus. We even had some wild turkeys come by for a visit! Very highly recommend this place!!

Cozy cabin in a beautiful area

Our stay here was fantastic and had all the amenities we could have hoped for, not to mention the beautiful views and surroundings. Hosts were very communicative and the entire process was very easy. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

The Cozy Cabin created a warm, memorable, and inviting experience. Tucked in the woods of Evergreen, the view and weather were perfect. The game room was a great place to retreat and have fun with friends, and the hot tub was a perfect way to close out the night. Although the kitchen was close quarters, it was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. When traveling from out of state, it is nice to have a few spices and condiments to help cut down on unnecessary costs. It was a quick trip into town to experience Evergreen’s live music, shops, and food. The five of us who stayed at this property all had an extremely positive and memorable experience thanks to the Cozy Cabin and the hosts!

Amazing stay

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and attended a concert at Red Rocks. The house was nice and cozy. Very clean and nice and quiet. Short drive to Evergreen for shopping and dining. Close to Red Rocks as well. Truly enjoyed ourselves!

Cute & Cozy Place

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and provided great tips. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a getaway spot in Evergreen.

Absolutely beautiful location. Quiet and secluded but close enough to the action when you want it. Beautiful elk herds and deer all around (late-July). The property is clean, well kept, and stocked with all the essentials. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Great experience.

Cute home in fantastic location

Beautiful place, well-done decor, has everything you need. Game room, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer available. Everything for coffee was a huge plus. Communication with host was excellent and replies were prompt. Would visit again!
