The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private balcony a large CRIB.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds.
3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a large balcony with beautiful mountain views.
The bottom level bedroom takes up the entire bottom floor and has a fireplace, TV, full bathroom.
The 2 living rooms on the main floor each have 1 sleeper sofa.

The large chef kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils and cookware, custom cabinetry.

The house is less than 30 minutes to Downtown Denver where the nightlife is great (Sporting events, concerts, zoo, restaurants, wonderful breweries, water park, Broncos stadium, Denver Nuggets arena, Aquarium....)
Skiing is only 30 minutes away

Fantastic stay, lovely home. Great views from the many patios and decks. Beds are comfortable, room for many. Was great for our family of four. There are multiple levels in the house. The playroom was nice with the ping pong table. Everything was great, no complaints. The hot tub was not working 100% when we got there but someone came and fixed it pronto, great communication with the property manager. One recommendation, don't show up after dark on your first night! The driveway and road up are a little tricky to navigate in the dark. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice and enjoyable stay

We were five of us and size of the property meant we could really spread our legs! We enjoyed the views available from the various decks. We spent most of the time at the property, having the the hot tub, BBQ, and the pool table was a nice touch. Replies from the property managers were prompt.

Wonderful Holiday in Evergreen

Amazing property with lots of amenities for the whole family. My kids enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and spa. Entertaining kitchen was great for family dinners. Excellent checkin experience and everything was as expected. Very close to Evergreen and the lake!

this house was perfect for our stay! views were amazing! location was perfect! we will remember this house for your next trip to denver! when they say you need 4 wheel drive they mean it! drive way is steep and the road to the house is not paved - we were fine with our rental but if we didn’t have 4 wheel drive we wouldn’t have made it up!

Not Luxury

We booked another property owned by same people. They moved us to this property because other house was double booked about a week before arrival. This house had no A/C which wasn't pleasant when temps during the day was in the 80's. No screens on the doors or windows so we couldn't leave the house open to have air flow. Extra bedrooms were miserable. Beds weren't comfortable. No extra towels in the house. Way to many stairs in the house. Grounds around the house and outside area were not maintained. Overall not a pleasant stay. Very disappointing. We wanted to stay in the house we originally booked, but because it was cancelled last minute we decided to go ahead with our plans. Not sure how a double booking happens. Will not be coming back.

Weekend getaway to RedRocks

This house felt private, although there is a neighbor just “Nextdoor”. The neighbor’s house sits lower so it does not obstruct views. We enjoyed drinking coffee and wine on the porch. We slept comfortably, had what we needed for a quick weekend and loved the easy approx. 15minute drive to Evergreen and RedRocks. We hiked Three Sisters trail and enjoyed that too. Evergreen had a great winery on the creek, restaurants and coffee shops. Easy drive from airport. We were a party of 2 but felt we could stay with another family and our kids while still having room to spread out and have a little privacy while all under the same roof. I did forget to turn off the alarm before I opened the porch door both mornings but got to the alarm in time, so all was well.

Great Location- Outdated / Not Luxury

We travel and stay at VRBO properties all over the US often. This trip was to relax and unwind! This property was not relaxing as there was no comfortable bed to sleep in or comfortable furniture to sit and relax. The Master Bedroom mattress needs updating or property needs to be listed accurately and priced in a lower bracket with less expectations. Definitely not Luxury as noted! The Fireplace on main floor was needed during our visit but not functional and used for floral decorations instead. Unfortunately, although it was a great location for our visit to the Evergreen area, It did not meet our expectations and we will not stay at this property again.

Mountain living

Great property. We enjoyed our visit. It was unusual hot the first day and there’s no central AC, just a swamp cooler in the master and one fan that you can add water to for additional cooling. It cooled off the next few days so just the normal fans were sufficient. Hot tub was a great addition. Lots of space on the back deck. We brought a corn hole game and there was plenty of room. Lots of room for sleeping, lots of stairs, ping pong was a hit, awesome views from the balconies. Very close to Red Rock. Also there’s a park by the high school with a pickleball/tennis court! The house is on the older side but very well maintained and comfortable.

So close to perfect.

I'll start by saying that we did have a great time on the property over all. We live in Denver and were looking for a fun weekend away with the kids. The house is beautiful and huge! I think we counted 12 beds!?! The kitchen is modern and amazing. But there were certainly a few things about the house that were a little off putting. There are signs ALL OVER the house asking that you limit water use due to well capacity and septic use. Totally fine, but then why do you have a giant jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and a shower with a bench seat in it? And speaking of the jacuzzi tub, my wife was so excited when she saw it...but wait, the jets don't work. Huge bummer. The shower is big, but it has a single nozzle in the ceiling (rain shower style) that takes a solid 5 minutes to warm up (so much for conserving water) and delivers a tiny 6 in diameter spray at about 200 psi, almost painful. So yeah, not so relaxing. ALSO, we never got the heat in the master bedroom to work so we were at a chilly 60-65 degrees, and the kids room was burning hot. What else...? It had snowed a few days before our trip, and the very steep driveway was barley plowed, and I had to personally shovel a path to the hot tub (which JUST barely had enough water to run the jets) and clear off all of the decks with the worlds smallest and flimsiest shovel in existence. So that was a great hours worth of my vacation time. Oh, and lastly we played a great game of find the batteries! Half of the TV remotes didn't have batteries at all, and each room has a remote to control lights and fans. Those remotes have mounting brackets next to the doors, but the remotes weren't in the brackets. So we had to search through dark rooms to find remotes...which didn't have batteries either!!! So fun. Overall, it really is a great property that was soooo close to being absolutely perfect. But a lot of little things here and there that were quite annoying.

Birthday and Anniversary

The property could really be nice if it was maintained properly. Our first impression was huge weeds greeting us at the front steps up to the house along with misplaced and empty concrete flowerpots. We emailed the property manager about checking in 30 minutes earlier but he never responded so that made us late to get to the airport to pick up our son and family. That week it was hot in CO and the house does not include enough fans for the hot bedrooms. There was one water cooler fan but no instructions were included so it was only used as a fan which did not help much. The house was very hot upon arrival & It took a day to cool it off. The two bedrooms on one side were extremely hot for sleeping. There were no screens on the glass doors so we could not open them. There were many spiders and beetles in the basement and I was afraid the children would be bitten. The refrigerator did not seal/close properly so I was worried about the $500 worth of food!! The master toilet did not work upon arrival either. It was not repaired until the next day and the worse part was that it never worked properly but we didn't want to call again. We had to use the downstairs bathroom. There were no bathtowels in the master bathroom. I had to search the house and found some in the basement for use upstairs. Another issue was we had packed up and left for the day for a long hike. We were about 20 minutes away for breakfast and on the route to the hike, the host called to report water running down the driveway. We did not see how that could be possible because no one had showered that morning. He asked us to drive all of the way back to the house and take photos and check everything. We did as asked and there was nothing wrong at all. We sent photos to the host as requested. The host was appreciative. We were about an hour late getting to the hike which made the weather hot for the hike as it was a four mile hike. Crazy! The patio table was unsteady so we could not eat outside and enjoy the view. The noise from the trucks on the freeway also disturbed the nice view. There were missing washers on the faucets so they sprayed everywhere! The carpet in areas needs to be stretched as it has lumps which are a safety hazard. There is a MOUSE PROBLEM! Mice come in around the dishwasher! We saw them! It was disgusting! We were Very disappointed we spent so much $$ for the week of birthday/anniversary. Take care of this home!!!

Wonderful Views

If you’re looking for a house with a great view and yet close to quite a few amenities, the location is great! It took us about 10 minutes to get into Evergreen. The driveway is steep and narrow, we had a Suburban, and it fit fine. I could definitely see a challenge if you had more than one vehicle though as the driveway is very tight. We did have an issue the first night and the heat in the master bedroom and bathroom wasnt working. By the third day, they brought a little space heater which worked fine and was much appreciated! Pros: the view and location are wonderful! Although it isn’t a secluded house, we never heard anything from neighbors. The house is big, but be prepared for steps as you should in a mountain side home. The kitchen had ample amounts of glasses, plates, and bowels. As far as cookware, I think there is enough to get you by. The kitchen floor is heated!! Best of luck finding the right switch to turn it on though, as there are a ton! Which is nice to have since there are multiple levels to this home. Cons: As someone earlier mentioned, there is a soft spot in the steps (even though they say it’s okay) and we just tried to avoid that area. The hot tub was nice, but there are parts in a cup holder from broken jets and other pieces. There are two grills, but one of them doesn’t have propane and I’m honestly unsure of the other one. There weren’t any rags in the house for bathroom use. The ping pong table is still propped on magazines for a leg. The house can comfortably sleep a ton of people, but if there is a strict occupancy regulation, there are too many beds for, I believe, 6 person occupancy. Communication was okay… I tried calling with no answer, and there seems to be two people to get ahold of. Heidi was rather responsive in emails and she took care of the heat issue. If you’re staying in the master, download the Roku control app on your phone as the remotes in the room don’t control volume. The other bedrooms do not have TVs. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ceiling light in the bedroom with two bunk beds. If they would fix the little things with this home, it would be a 10/10! I will give it an 8/10 because it was a great stay and we truly enjoyed our time while at the house.

Beautiful home on the surface

We chose this house based on beautiful pictures & read the reviews for a much needed get away for 3 busy couples.Unfortunately, this house didn't live up to the photos & the owners/company didn't communicate. COMMUNICATION I sent multiple messages through VRBO (8/15, 9/9) reaching out & never received a message back. I then contacted VRBO & they provided a phone number for Evolve.I called them & indicated I hadn't gotten any response & there was no concern.They answered my immediate question finally.Earlier that week prior to arrival, I contacted the house host (Dane) & left messages two different days & did not get a return call.I finally called multiple times the day prior to arrival & finally got Dane on the phone; he answered my question.When we arrived, we started to settle in & realized we could not get the TV in the family room to work properly-there were no instruction yet 5 remotes 1/2 with no batteries;we called Dane & left a message.We never received a call back the entire trip.Fortunately, my husband was able to figure out the issue after about an hour.I've rented homes for vacations in the past & always excellent/immediate response on the rare occasion we needed to contact the host.This was not one of those occasions THE HOME On the surface the home is beautiful & spacious.Location is nice & convenient.That is where it ends.The beds were uncomfortable to the point that part of our group slept on the couches. The pillows were completely flat, & bedding was needing to be updated.We chose this house also because of the hot tub,outdoor grill,foosball & ping pong table-the outdoor grill did not have any propane, ping pong table was broken & being supported by a stack of magazines & some of the hot tub jets did not all work.The stairs (inside) going to the bottom level had a very evident weak spot as the staircase turns that felt like you were going through them.To the point that we didn't use this staircase & reached the bottom floor by going outside.The dishes/pots/pans were dirty in the cabinets-after we washed them to cook dinner, we realized it was due to a dishwasher that didn't clean at all.The microwave was broken & a countertop one had been brought in.Refrigerator door didn't seal when shut so you had to make a conscious effort to ensure the door stayed shut. Smoke detectors were not in the ceiling (just on the dresser); wood hanging from middle balcony. The house just needs some maintenance/upkeep to be perfect

The location was great! I spent the week exploring hiking and biking trails. The house was nice to unwind and relax in the hottub and experience the sunset and sunrise. It had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation.

Relaxing

This is a multi-level home with beautiful views. We had a baby deer walk up to the kitchen window and take a peek inside. We saw deer everyday and the view never disappointed. This was a very relaxing vacation where we had a few days of just hanging around the house and it was wonderful. This home is large enough that you can find your own corner or area if you need some me time. The area is beautiful and this location is convenient yet removed. I would stay again.

Great vacation

Great property! Lots of stairs, but we knew that coming in. Had a question and received a reply from the host very quickly. We were able to get an Uber ride to and from Red Rocks without issue. Hot tub was such a nice bonus after hiking, and twice we saw deer while relaxing in it. Things that we would have liked different were minimal, but will mention in case it is helpful: One mattress upstairs was sagging in the middle and uncomfortable if 2 people were in the bed. We just used 2 beds. We could not find any steak knives and the butcher block knives were dull. There is a sharpening rod but difficult to use on all but one knife. Having said, we would stay again and would recommend this property!!!

We wanted a home that no matter where you are in it, the views are exceptional, and this home has it with abundance. No need to go outside for the views, just sit anywhere in the 2 family rooms and enjoy forever views. You 'll have mountain views during the day and city lights views at night.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful unobstructed mountain views. Large house with tons of room. Only 28 minutes to downtown Denver. Close to Boulder, Golden, and to skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone...etc
