Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet in the primary bedroom. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for and lower entry door for easy and secure access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and has a maintained road on a short loop. Just 1 mile off of 285.

Getting Around:
The driveway is steep with plenty of parking, though it is tight turnaround. It's off of a maintained loop. 2.5 car garage, 2 spots to the right of the garage, and 2 in front of it. I ask that guests please park in the garage and at base of driveway to minimize the appearance of neighborhood disruption. You can't see neighbors from my home, but sometimes they walk by on the driveway above and respect to my community is of utmost importance to me.

Other Things to Note:
Though it feels totally secluded, remember that this home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is critical. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and I'll be happy to help. Please drive slow and respectfully on the way in and out, and maintain reasonable noise levels after 10:30.

We will send you a detailed guidebook prior to arrival. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I love the mountains, mountain towns, and all that Denver has to offer and I've packed the guidebook with suggestions for the best things to do in the area, our favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property or facing the hot tub. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden on the property and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

Dogs are allowed but please no cats.

Fire bans are a very serious thing, and wildfires are a real concern in mountain communities. Please be respectful and aware of wind, and if we are in a fire ban please be sure to avoid lighting a fire pit.

At times my team comes by for hot tub maintenance, snow removal, trash pick up, and other odd jobs. They are not there to bother you and we always strive to coordinate this with you.
