Come relax in a rustic cedarwood mountain cabin on a property covered with Aspen and Pine trees. Deer and bears have been known to frequent so bring your camera! This property sits off a county road one mile from I-70. Any time of year. I love it on Floyd Hill yeart round. You get the mountain serene nature, yet you are only 27 minutes to downtown Denver - 16th Street Mall. Heading west on I-70 you are 15 minutes to the Indian Hot Springs, 32 miles to Loveland Ski Resort. The property is great for summertime barbecues and there tiki bar in the backyard. Cuddle up on a snowy day and read a book and watch the wildlife pass by. Great views !

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please start a load of towels use the all free and clear liquid detergent and wash on normal warm large cycle. Thank you!

Leave slept in beds unmade

Please put all trash in the bear proof black garbage can at the bottom of the driveway when you leave.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Place trash in the bear proof locked black bin at the bottom of the driveway. If you are staying on the property Thursday move the bins for pickup

HOT TUB- Only turn the two large diverter knobs when the jets are fully off. Cover and latch/lock the cover when done.

HOT TUB - If needed there is a hose to fill up water level

Wonderful Colorado cabin! Remote yet close to evergreen (5 miles) and Red Rocks (16 miles). Lots of privacy, great front porch with hot tub, host was great.

Everything was great! The only thing I would note is that you have to go up steep stairs to get into the home. If you have a pup that won't do stairs you can walk up the side of the house and enter through the sliding door, but there is still a small hill to climb. Also for dog owners - there is no secure outdoor area and with wildlife and a dog neighbor you will have to supervise outdoor time.

For me, the location was ideal. Tucked away in the mountains yet easy access to anything needed. Hot tub was clean and soothing after a long day. Got to see elk and deer walking across the lush backyard. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! We traveled to Colorado with friends for concerts at Red Rocks, and the location was perfect—close enough for an easy drive while still offering the peace and beauty of the mountains.The host was fantastic, allowing us to check in early and making the entire check-in process quick and seamless. They were also incredibly responsive, answering our questions promptly through both chat and phone.The home itself was absolutely adorable, with stunning mountain views, comfortable beds, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was seeing elk and mule deer right from the property, which made the experience even more memorable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Red Rocks area. We’d love to stay here again!

This was the most amazing house!Very well stocked !The only suggestion would be the lighting was very dim in bedrooms and bathrooms.So not ideal for women especially to fix hair and put on makeup honestly.All in all!An amazing cabin!!!The hot tub was super clean!Gas in the tank for outside fire!We had an amazing time!

The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and there is often beautiful gentle peaceful dear and Elk from time to time I've seen black and red foxes hanging out
