This was a well kept charming rental. Everything was expected and I appreciated the clear instruction and communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again!
We stayed here for Thanksgiving break and we absolutely loved it! The snow fell so beautiful halfway through the stay. Great view! Warning, they give a warning for the hill upon entry. Please listen, it is pretty steep and scary to up during the snow. We have an explorer and it did the job!
Our stay was very pleasant!!! This was our first time renting a cabin in this area and Tony was very helpful always responded right away with any questions we had!! I couldn’t recommend it enough if you want to get away from the city and just relax
We were in town for a wedding, and this made for a wonderful group lodging. We were able to have breakfast out on the deck one morning - beautiful! The next day it snowed... so we were inside instead. CO weather is no joke!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It had everything we needed to spend time together relaxing. It was a great location for nearby hikes each day. The deck had cozy furniture and amazing views. Communication with the host was excellent!
Tony was a wonderful host. He was very responsive with the check in and with any questions. The Vrbo felt like home after long days of adventures. Home was very comfortable and so accommodating with all of the extras especially the espresso machine. Sunrise over the mountains while having coffee on the deck started every right. The fall colors of the aspens around the cabin were an added bonus
Wonderful home, had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the birds and watching the hummingbirds. It was great to venture out to hike or to Red Ricks for our concert and then return up the mountain to the peace and quiet. Would definitely considering staying again if we are back in the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house met our needs perfectly. The drive to the house was a bit longer than we anticipated though and the owner’s directions to have all-wheel drive should be followed. Great location for Red Rocks and fall colors. Despite this we have no complaints. Tony’s communication was excellent. Highly recommend this house in Bailey.
We loved our visit to your cabin. The road to the cabin was a bit rough but given it's quiet location, we handled it. Enjoyed the quiet and the deck with so many Aspen trees We lucked out and had Hummingbirds buzzing around our heads and the feeders while enjoying the beautiful deck. The cabin was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. We didn't even feel the need to watch TV!!
We were in town for a wedding at Mountainview Resort, which was about a 20 minute very easy drive in Pine. This was perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty with lots of space to get ready for the wedding. Would definitely recommend and are hoping to be able to come back. Tony, our host, was so accommodating and helpful. 10 out of 10 stars!
Stayed here for a few days because we were in area for a show at Red Rocks. Location was great beautiful area and lots of cool places to explore near home. The home is very clean and has everything you would want for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again in future trips to this area.
Great out of the way cabin with stunning views, I needed to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle and this was the perfect place. Close enough for some day trips with the family and out of the way for some quiet relaxation at the end of the day!
My in-laws were visiting from India and we wanted to show them a glimpse of the American cabin life. Tony’s cabin was a perfect family getaway for us and a very private location in the forests.
The cabin was a perfect location for trip. We were able to use it as a great landing point for our adventures in CO. The house had plenty of room for our kids.
Property and location were spectacular! We traveled from New Jersey, building a trip around a Concert at Red Rocks featuring Ryan Bingham. Great trip and complimented with a great home.
Our stay was good. This is a lovely cabin high in the mountains- 9,000 ft. The deck had beautiful views, lots of hummingbirds and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the fire table in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host communicated timely. However, I had trouble with my allergies. The ‘No Pets’ didn’t seem to reflect the environment as there was evidence of dog hair and dust.

Thank you for your kind words about the cabin, the views, and the amenities — we’re so glad you enjoyed your time in the mountains. We take great pride in maintaining a pet-free environment and personally inspected the home right after your stay; we did not find any evidence of dog hair at that time. While we do a thorough cleaning between guests, being at 9,000 feet means there can be seasonal dust and pollen that are part of the high-country environment, which can affect those with allergies. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue to do everything we can to keep the cabin as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
About the host
Hosted by Tony
We are a family who live in Denver and love the mountains! With three young children, this is a fantastic way for them to experience the mountains and for us to escape every once in a while without the kids!
Why they chose this property
It is easy to get to - one hour from Denver - but is off the beaten path. The road is paved until about the last half mile, and there are nearby amenities, or we can be as secluded as we would like.
What makes this property unique
Few properties actually border the national forest. While we call this our cabin, it could also easily be a year-round house with all of the comforts of home.
