Please make sure all lights are off when you leave and that all doors are locked!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A heavy four-wheel drive (not All-wheel drive like a Subura) is absolutely required in months where snow is possible. Good tires are also required.
Absolutely no campfires or outdoor burning of any kind as it is prohibited by Park County for short term rentals. You can use the propane devices.
No loud music or other activities outside that will disturb our neighbors please! Smoking anything in the house will result in a $750 charge.

Tony was a wonderful host. He was very responsive with the check in and with any questions. The Vrbo felt like home after long days of adventures. Home was very comfortable and so accommodating with all of the extras especially the espresso machine. Sunrise over the mountains while having coffee on the deck started every right. The fall colors of the aspens around the cabin were an added bonus

The drive to the house was a bit longer than we anticipated though and the owner’s directions to have all-wheel drive should be followed. Great location for Red Rocks and fall colors. We loved our visit to your cabin. The road to the cabin was a bit rough but given it's quiet location, we handled it. Enjoyed the quiet and the deck with so many Aspen trees We lucked out and had Hummingbirds buzzing around our heads and the feeders while enjoying the beautiful deck.The cabin was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. We didn't even feel the need to watch TV!!

Wonderful home, had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the birds and watching the hummingbirds. We were in town for a wedding at Mountainview Resort, which was about a 20 minute very easy drive in Pine. This was perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty with lots of space to get ready for the wedding. Would definitely recommend and are hoping to be able to come back. Tony, our host, was so accommodating and helpful. 10 out of 10 stars!

Stayed here for a few days because we were in area for a show at Red Rocks. Location was great beautiful area and lots of cool places to explore near home. The home is very clean and has everything you would want for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again in future trips to this area.

Our stay was good. This is a lovely cabin high in the mountains- 9,000 ft. The deck had beautiful views, lots of hummingbirds and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the fire table in the evening.The kitchen had everything we needed and the host communicated timely. However, I had trouble with my allergies. The ‘No Pets’ didn’t seem to reflect the environment as there was evidence of dog hair and dust.

Incredible House

We loved the house. It was secluded and had beautiful views from the open deck. Everything you could need was there in the kitchen and the downstairs was a fantastic hangout area. We loved the it and will be back!

We are a family who live in Denver and love the mountains! With three young children, this is a fantastic way for them to experience the mountains and for us to escape every once in a while without the kids!

Why they chose this property

It is easy to get to - one hour from Denver - but is off the beaten path. The road is paved until about the last half mile, and there are nearby amenities, or we can be as secluded as we would like.

What makes this property unique

Few properties actually border the national forest. While we call this our cabin, it could also easily be a year-round house with all of the comforts of home.
