It is close to the river and enjoys views towards Latrigg and Skiddaw from the bedrooms. This spacious ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet well maintained block is a couple of minute’s level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. It is very well equipped, with an excellent kitchen and large family shower room. It comes with allocated parking.

Property Details

The front door leads to a large hallway with coat hooks, shoe storage and bookcase with useful reference books and maps.

The kitchen is well equipped with wooden units and an excellent range of utensils and equipment; a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine with tumble drier, gas hob, electric oven, slow cooker, microwave, and dishwasher.

The dual aspect lounge/dining room has patio doors overlooking the communal gardens and a window overlooking a small shingled sitting area at the rear of the property. It has new sofa and arm chairs for 2024, oak dining table and chairs, Smart 40 inch TV, DVD, sound bar with bluetooth facility, digital radio and an electric fire.

Bedrooms consist of a king size master with high quality built in wardrobes and ensuite (wash hand basin and toilet) and a large twin room. All beds have duvets and linen and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer.

The main shower room has a large power shower, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point and it has new flooring.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
