Die junge Dame an der Rezeption tat alles, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir stießen auf einige unschöne Zimmer, die beide etwas nach Rauch rochen. Sie war sehr verständnisvoll und bemühte sich aufrichtig, unseren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu machen. Sie sorgte dafür, dass wir in bessere Zimmer umgebucht wurden und es tat ihr leid, dass wir in dieser Situation waren. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen und die Rezeptionistin, die bis 23 Uhr arbeitet, hätte eine Beförderung verdient.
