The beautiful lounge comes with a 42-inch Smart TV (including Netflix), a large comfortable double sofa-bed and 2 lounge chairs, making it the perfect space to relax. The dining area with table and chairs is available to enjoy meals.
This comfortable, stylish, and bright property features a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. A washing machine, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils are provided. An espresso coffee machine is also available for you to enjoy. The modern family bathroom is located downstairs consisting of shower over bath, wash basin, and toilet. The modern kitchen leads to the private back patio garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy during the warmer months.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms (one with an extra pop-out single futon bed) and 1 single bedroom. Each bedroom comes with plenty of wardrobe/storage space, high quality bed linen, and towels. This property sleeps up to 8 guests (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 single pop-up futon bed, and a double sofa-bed).
Sparkenhoe House is situated on a quiet residential area of Ellistown with a Co-Op conveniently located close by (4-min walk). There are various takeaways and a café just a 5-min walk from the property. Local villages offer a variety of pubs and restaurants just a 5-10 minutes drive away.
