The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them with a front view of the sea and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace with stunning sea views.



It has high-speed wifi.



The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.



You will be able to enjoy the common areas and the pool after a bath at the beach.



Being on the first line of the beach, it will have all the restaurants, beach bars, and supermarkets in the area nearby, so you will not need a car to stay in this accommodation.



It is strictly prohibited to smoke in this accommodation. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of 100 € will be applied.



We are always available for our guests.



Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive outside of this time, check your late check-in options.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.



The community has a pool, it will be open from June 01 to September 30, however, depending on the date of your trip, we recommend that you check in advance to confirm that it is open on your dates.



According to the Provision of the Junta de Andalucía published on Monday, October 30, 2023 - BOJA number 208, please note that the pool of your apartment may undergo changes in hours or use during this entire period. If you have any doubts, consult with our company.
