Hawthorn House, a house consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA and ranger cooker with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with sofa, woodburning stove, and TV, a sitting room with sofa, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, double with en-suite, and single. There is a bathroom with roll top bath, walk-in shower, and basin and WC and cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn, and ample off-road parking. Sorry no smoking. Hawthorn House is a wonderful escape to North Yorkshire, whatever time of year. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP 450. One well behaved dog allowed.
