The Space:

Caravan 219 offers a kitchen with a gas oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, alongside full dinnerware and cookware. The dining area seats four, while the sitting room includes a TV and a pull‑out sofa bed for two additional guests. The bedrooms consist of a King with fitted storage, digital TV, air conditioning and an en‑suite WC, plus a twin room with single beds. The bathroom hosts a shower. Outside, the elevated decking provides coastal views and features a dining table with parasol and six chairs. Parking is available to either side of the caravan via a level path or steps. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included, and WiFi, games or books can be brought by guests if required. Sorry, no smoking. A shop is within 0.3 miles and a pub within 0.35 miles. Caravan 219 offers a well‑equipped coastal base for up to six guests. Note: Washing machine available. Note: Access routes include steps on one side.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts. Boasting long sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, this charming town also plays host to a wonderful selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The town makes a fantastic base from which to explore the English Riviera and its surrounding attractions, also featuring a renowned zoo and sea life centre. Nearby, Torquay is equally as vibrant with an array of excellent shopping opportunities, fascinating museums, and numerous parks and gardens. The nearby stunning coastline offers great walking and cycling opportunities along beautiful stretches of beach and rugged cliff tops, while the rolling meadows of South Devon provide an idyllic setting for afternoon strolls and an abundance of picturesque picnic spots. The bustling town of Preston is also worth a visit, offering another great beach, watersports facilities, many shops and pubs, and walks along the seafront and through Primley Woods. Paignton is a fabulous holiday location for all the family, all year round.
