The Space:
Groes Lwyd is a charming detached farmhouse in the hamlet of Pencoed near to Corwen in North Wales. the cottage can sleep eight people in four bedrooms comprising three king-size doubles (one with en-suite facilities) and one twin, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen with dining area with bi-folding doors overlooking the terraced area, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove and a second sitting room. To the outside of the property is off road parking for four cars and front, side and rear lawned gardens with patio, furniture and barbecue. Groes Lwyd is a lovely cottage, located in stunning countryside, suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Logs for the hot tub can be purchased from the owners for £5 per bag or alternatively you can book a service which offers to fill the hot tub; light the fire and heat the water to the required temperature for £40 per use of the hot tub. Each fill and heat up to the perfect temperature takes approximately two and a half hours but can take a little longer in the colder winter months.

The tiny hamlet of Pencoed is situated between the towns of Corwen and Ruthin. Ruthin is a picturesque town, with attractive half-timbered buildings. There are many interesting shops and buildings, whilst the Nant Clwyd House, Ruthin Gaol and Ruthin Craft Centre, which houses work by internationally recognised artists and craftspeople, are also worth a visit. Beautiful countryside is on the doorstep in this area.
