Hosting five bedrooms; two first floor doubles, two ground floor doubles, and a ground floor twin, along with a ground floor shower room, and a first floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to ten people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with electric fire, games room, and a snug. To the outside is off-road parking for four cars, and a patio area with furniture. Resting in a lovely setting with countryside surrounding, Ochor Yr Garth is a modern retreat in an excellent part of Wales. Please note: This property has an EV charger which can be used for an additional cost to the owner.



The Neighborhood:

Maenan is best known for a view point known as Cadair Ifan Goch. From this view point most of the Conwy Valley with its river and mountain views can be viewed. Maenan is perfect for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts or just to get away from it all. It is close to Llanrwst, Betws-y-Coed, Swallow Falls, Mount Snowdon and the Snowdon Railway, Bodnant Gardens and Welsh Food Centre, Victorian Llandudno and Historic Conwy, Conwy Castle.

Countryside Joy

Stunning countryside views in newly refurbished house. There are several stunning walks in the locality as well as plenty to do a little further out. The house has everything you'll need for a self catering holiday with an uber helpful owner who will go out of their way to help out
