The Space:

1 x king-size double bedroom with stunning view of Cheviot Hills and 1 x family room. Family bathroom. Kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire and fabulous views of Cheviot Hills. Ample off road parking, lockable bike storage, garden with furniture, tennis court. There is also an external games room with a full-size pool table and table tennis. Note: The Cottage is situated in the grounds of the owner's home, but is sufficiently secluded to allow for privacy. One well behaved dog accepted at a supplement of £20. Note: Should guests prefer, there is one outside kennel and a run that's able to accommodate 1 dog. If you cannot add your pet at the time you make your booking, please contact Sykes to add your pet. Note: The property is accessed up three small steps. Note: Max 4 guests plus one infant. Note: This property can only accept bookings of 3 nights or more. Please note: During the summer months, the property has a charcoal barbecue available.



The Neighborhood:

The small border town of Duns is set in a wide valley known as The Merse and was once the capital of the Scottish Borders, when the current capital, Berwick-upon-Tweed, was under English rule. The town offers a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the Jim Clark Museum is open to the public in honour of the famous racing driver who lived in the area.
