The Anchorage is a delightful detached cottage, set over three floors in a clifftop location, a mile from Cockburnspath and eight miles from Dunbar. It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, two of which are first floor doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom, with the other first floor bedroom being a 2’ 6” twin and there’s a second floor double with an en-suite shower room. A further two shower rooms can be found on the first floor and there’s a cloakroom on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a sitting room with an open fire and a sun room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking two cars and a lawned garden to the front with a decked area to the rear. Cockburnspath is a mile away for essential supplies to be purchased in the village shop, whilst Dunbar runs a regular train service to Edinburgh. With beautiful coastline, great walks and access to superb scenery at your fingertips, there is something for everyone at The Anchorage, whatever the season.

Note: There is a low wall to the rear with fencing and a steep drop, care to be taken and children and pets to be supervised. The village offers a village shop and a Post Office whilst Dunbar, eight miles away offers a selection of pubs and train service to Edinburgh.
