About this property
Charming 1750s fisherman's cottage - pet friendly & 5 min from a stunning beach!
Built in 1750, this dog-friendly cottage in Coldingham has a warm, relaxed feel. Think wood-burning evenings, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The original bare brick keeps the rustic feel, while modern comforts make settling in easy. Just a 20-minute walk from Coldingham Bay, with beautiful cliff paths to St Abbs and beyond. Perfect for beach days, coastal rambles, and slow, cosy nights in by the fire. A welcoming place to unwind and feel at home.
Kerrlynn Cottage has a very well-equipped kitchen. It has everything needed to cook up a storm - it even has cake tins. It also has a DVD player with lots of DVDs' to choose from.
One basket of logs, firelighters, kindling and matches is provided free of charge so you can enjoy the wood burner without the hassle of lugging logs from the shop. Additional logs can be purchased on-site.
It also features a beautiful, enclosed garden with stunning views over Coldingham. Perfect for those long summer days. Ideal for entertaining kids and your furry friends.
Kerrlynn has a rustic charm. If you are looking for ultra-modern then this isn't for you, however, if you're looking to take a break from all the hustle and bustle of modern life, then it's exactly what the doctor ordered.

Coldingham is a beautiful wee village. Perfectly situated right on the border between Scotland and England. Edinburgh is an hour's drive, Berwick-upon-Tweed is 18 minutes away, and the historic town of Alnwick, hosting Alnwick Castle is 55 minutes away. It has two pubs. The New Inn produces great pub food and is dog-friendly. You won't be short on great days out: coastal walks, castles, golf courses, boat tours, bird watching, surfing family fun, etc.
