There is a separate family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs has a cloakroom and WC, as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There is a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug room. Outside has an enclosed garden area with a bistro table and chairs. Duck Pond Cottage is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Please note: Farms nearby so there may be tractors etc driving on the road during the day. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property.

Lovely Cottage
Owners clearly take pride in the property. It was lovely and clean, and the owner had left some cakes, milk, honey, small loaf of bread etc which was a really nice touch!

Wonderful Holiday Home
Duck Pond Cottage is lovely - perfect mix of modern with 'Olde Worlde' character. Jenny and Brian are excellent hosts - great communications, wonderful welcome pack, and when we did have an issue with the heating in the cottage Brian came round immeditely and fixed it in no time - fantastic.
We come down to the area several times each year to visit with family and this is easily the nicest holiday home we have found in the area and the only one so far that we will return to.
