The Space:

There is also a kitchen with a breakfast area, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric stove. Completing the accommodation is a utility and a ground floor bathroom. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio and furniture and off road parking for four cars. The Gate House is a beautifully unusual property in an ideal location.

The Neighborhood:

The picturesque village of Oakamoor is in a fantastic position in the Churnet Valley and is ideal for walkers, ramblers and cyclists with many routes running nearby. There is a disused railway which provides a link to Denstone which is fantastic for cyclists and there is a “Woods and Ways” route around the village. There are lovely locations for picnics in the village and the River Churnet runs through the centre.
