There are two ground-floor bedrooms in the cottage, consisting of a king-size with TV and an en-suite shower room and a twin with a TV and an en-suite shower room, sleeping four guests in total. On the first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a balcony. To the rear of the property is a patio with furniture and storage, while the front offers off-road parking for two cars. Devonair is a wonderful holiday home for families, friends and couples at any time of year. One well-behaved pet is welcome - £50 Supplement (non pet owners may prefer the 'pet-free' sister property: Seaquel Ref 1067509).
