The Space:

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin, and a single with an electric bed, along with a bathroom and a wheel in the wet room. Outside, there is a private garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop with a pub 2 miles away. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets (apart from registered assistance dogs with a laminated ID card and a copy of certificate sent prior to arrival). Escape to Harcombe House Accessible Pet Free Bungalow. Note: The park and facilities on offer have limited times and some facilities need to be booked in advance. Note: Breakfast, lunch and evening meal options available at set times, subject to availability and by arrangement with the centre. Note: Some facilities are 18+ only with no under 14s allowed in the gym and no unsupervised under 14s in the games room.. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: The site is accessed via a single track and up a slight hill. Note: No bikes, scooters and skateboards are on-site. There will be no facilities open onsite between 24/12/26 - 03/01/27 (swimming pool, launderette). Note: Please be aware that the swimming pool will be out of use throughout January 2026 due to essential repair work.

With easy access to Dartmoor National Park and proximity to the attractions of Newton Abbot, Torquay, and Paignton, Chudleigh is the best location from which to enjoy the Devon coast and countryside.
