Welcome to Le Clos des Vignes, a holiday home for up to 8 people with a private swimming pool, located in a small village in the premier cru area of Cognac: Criteuil-la-Magdeleine (region: Charente). The house is peacefully situated in the middle of vineyards, with complete privacy.



Interior: A unique living space!

What truly sets this holiday home apart is its enormous living area of over 200 m², featuring a bar corner perfect for enjoying aperitifs with friends. There is plenty to keep everyone entertained: a foosball table, a dartboard, a TV with streaming services, a library, and many board games. The house has 3 bedrooms, including a children bedroom and a dormitory with two double beds and two single beds.



Exterior: Ideal for social moments

The fun continues outside with a beautiful pétanque court and a private swimming pool (4 × 2 m, depth: 1 m), open from mid-April to mid-October. A covered terrace with a table and garden chairs is available for outdoor dining. The built-in barbecue makes summer grilling a real pleasure!

The charming village of Criteuil-la-Magdeleine is just 1 km from the house and offers several small shops and a restaurant worth visiting. Cognac is only a 15-minute drive away, the sea is less than an hour away, the Dune du Pilat about 1.5 hours, and other cities worth visiting include La Rochelle and Angoulême.
