This gorgeous 3rd story Laketown Wharf lake view condo is fully furnished/ remodeled/ new luxury vinyl floors (no carpet). All new mattresses and a queen sleeper in the living room, washer/dryer in the unit.
Master has a king size bed with a full closet and a full bathroom. Twin Bunk beds area has its own full 2nd bathroom. Living area is open and has a brand new queen sleeper sofa! 2 TV’s, 100mbs Internet and cable with premium channels included.
Kitchen has all necessary basics such as microwave, stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cups, utensils, etc. to accommodate 6 people. Dining room table is set for 4 people plus a large island/bar area with 3 chairs!
A large balcony with a lake view where you can watch nightly light fountain show exclusive to the LTW. The resort itself is only 14 years old, a rare find in the area!
Only about 190 steps to the beach from the building across a small not busy street, close to the elevator or a short walk up the stairs. All amenities of the resort are included with the rental: 2-story gym, 5 pools, parking, etc. NO extra fees. NO check-in wait. Wardrobe/bag(s) carts available for your use at the Security Desk. Great restaurants on site such as Wharf with all you can eat seafood and steak, LuLu’s and Juan Taco-absolutely delicious! Famous Pineapple Willy’s is right across the street with a private beach access for Laketown guests.

Two for One: Owner and Unit Amazing!

The owner Karen is amazing, she is very accommodating, responds super fast to your text. The unit was amazing, you will not go wrong staying here. Place was big and spacious, 5 min walk to the beach, and five pools. The clean up was very easy and our group had the best time since going on group vacations. You will not find a better tenet, place, and beach access with amazing five pools any where else. We will be back for sure!

The location was grand, right across from the beach and only a couple of stories up in the high rise with a lovely view of the lagoon, pool and light show. At least four pools at various places in the building....the 10th floor rooftop one had a lovely huge hot tub the size of a pool. A two story fitness facility with large window was also very nice. The owners were very accommodating with all our questions....the condo was very clean, modern and well stocked with basic everyday needs. Fortunately the area around Panama City Beach that was devastated by last year's storm is being put back in top notch condition or better at a very speedy rate. Our condo building as well as most in the immediate area suffered no damage at all. We would certainly recommend this particular unit to anyone who wants to experience Panama City Beach.

Our family celebrated my son's high school graduation last week. The condo was fabulous, well stocked, and clean. The owners were very helpful in making sure our vacation was perfect.
