Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr gut gestaltete Räume, große Küche mit guter Ausstattung ( z.B. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner), große Badezimmer, sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung der gesamten Wohnung, moderne Klimaanlage für die gesamte Wohnung, großzügiger Innenhof. Alles in einem Topzustand.
